Notifications Management

As a whitesky.cloud BV user, you can manage your notifications' preferences and choose exactly which notifications you will receive on your email including News & Updates, Planned Maintenance and Outage Warning. Additionally, you can customize the Planned Maintenance and the Outage Warning notifications for multiple locations.

Configure your notification preferences

• On the top navigation bar, you can see your Account Name on the right side.
• If you clicked on your name, a dropdown menu will appear with options for opening the account Preferences and logout from the portal.
• Once you click Preferences, you will be redirected to the email subscriptions page of your account.

Preferences sections

Preferences consist of two sections.

1. General notification types

   • Here you can enable/disable the toggles for different types of notifications.

2. Location related notification types

   • Here you can configure customized notifications for every location you have access to.

Types of notifications

1. News & Updates: Keeps you updated with all the changes and updates on the whitesky.cloud BV portal.
2. Planned Maintenance: Notifies you of all the scheduled maintenances for the available locations.
3. Outage Warning: Notifies you of all the outage warnings for all available locations.

Notifications will be sent to your email address registered in IAM. The user can change his email address in the IAM portal.
